Chinese Medicine takes a holistic approach, focusing on the whole person. Following a thorough initial consultation, each treatment is tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
Acupuncture is a gentle treatment using sterile, single-use, hair-thin needles. Where appropriate, treatment may also include complementary techniques such as Tui Na, Cupping, Gua Sha and Moxibustion.
These techniques may be used individually or in combination to support your overall health, balance and wellbeing.
Chinese Medicine is a rich and diverse system of medicine, bringing together traditions and approaches developed over centuries.
My practice draws on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Classical and Five Element acupuncture, alongside specialised approaches including Dr Tan’s Balance Method and Master Tung Acupuncture.
I also integrate Functional Medicine, a forward-thinking approach that uses lifestyle and personalised strategies to support prevention, optimise health and promote long-term wellbeing.
Each approach offers a different perspective. By considering the whole person — including physical, mental and emotional wellbeing — I bring together these perspectives to create an individualised approach to care.
