Initial Consultation & Treatment
Service Description
Your Initial consultation is an opportunity to explore your health, wellbeing and what you would like to achieve from treatment. I will take a thorough case history, including your current concerns, medical history, lifestyle, sleep, stress and other factors relevant to your health. Where appropriate, I may also review relevant blood test results, including hormone levels. As part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment, I will also observe your tongue and feel your pulses to gain further insight into your individual patterns of health and imbalance. Together, we will develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. Treatment may include acupuncture and, where appropriate, complementary techniques such as Tui Na, Gua Sha, cupping or moxibustion. Your care will always be individualised, collaborative and centred around you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • 48–24 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee may be charged. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the appointment fee may be charged. • Missed appointments: 100% of the appointment fee may be charged.
